The PFDR establishes whether a mineral project is worthy of further investment. FEED bridges the gap between the approved Feasibility Study and full Detailed Engineering. OGL develops the project to a level sufficient to freeze the process design basis, confirm the EPC contract scope, and obtain binding contractor bids. FEED deliverables underpin EPC tender documents.
