EPC

Engineering, Procurement & Construction

OGL delivers complete turnkey mineral processing plants under a single lump sum EPC contract. The client receives a fully operational facility, tested and commissioned to design performance, with all engineering, procurement, civil works, installation, and commissioning managed by OGL.

EPCM

Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management

Under EPCM, OGL acts as the owner's representative managing third-party contractors on the client's behalf. OGL delivers all engineering and procurement services and provides professional construction management, with the client retaining direct contracts with builders and suppliers.

PFDR

Pre-Feasibility Design Report

The PFDR establishes whether a mineral project is worthy of further investment. OGL prepares a structured assessment covering geological resource estimate, initial process route selection, indicative capital and operating cost estimates (±35%), environmental and social screening, and a risk-ranked project schedule.

FDR

Feasibility Study Report

The Feasibility Study is the definitive technical and financial analysis used to support project finance and final investment decision (FID). OGL produces a bankable report meeting JORC, NI 43-101, or equivalent international standards, including a full process design basis, CapEx estimate to ±15%, and financial model.

FEED

Front-End Engineering Design

FEED bridges the gap between the approved Feasibility Study and full Detailed Engineering. OGL develops the project to a level sufficient to freeze the process design basis, confirm the EPC contract scope, and obtain binding contractor bids. FEED deliverables underpin EPC tender documents.

DE

Detailed Engineering Design

DED produces the complete construction-ready engineering package. OGL's multidisciplinary team delivers all discipline drawings, specifications, material take-offs, and vendor packages required to build, install, and commission the facility without further engineering intervention.
